Report a translation problem
Just wanted to say I have the same issue as well - the above screenshot is as far as I can scroll to the left. As can be seen even the edge of the far western logging camp is only half in the shot.
i remember doing the quest at golden hills bazaar, the drunk sleeping guy a little south of it
you need a couple (i think 5) bitter flowers for him, you find them in umbra cliffs
wait a bit or follow him until he reaches the untrespassable bandit outpost in the north west
once you get the confirmation that he reached it you can ask for him, fight the bandits
(theres also a ballista there that you can pick up and get as free troop squad!)
those bandits talk something about the epoch reed
after that i did the weird sultan dungeon again and had to decide if i want to burn the flower
i decided not to but the sultan decided to burn it anyway
as a reward you get a pretty damn good aoe disable that also deals damage
