Limestone Village Quest/Threnody

I have been stuck what I believe is the last quest for Threnody quest, the quest states that I have to bring her back to limestone village and its showing the quest marker at the village, the problem is that I don't remember ever finding Threnody and was never given a clue where to find her. Can someone help me on this?

To finish the quest you need to speak with the old man in the village

The quest is saying that I need to take her back to Limestone village yet even when I talk to the old man he just simply says "Threnody is sweet woman...etc" so basically he says the same thing over and over again.

As far i can remember the quest goes like this : save little girl from ice bears -> bring girl and Threnody back to limestone vilage -> collect herbs -> Threnody wakes up and teleports away -> find her and bring her back to the village ( she is at the south west part of the lake ) -> ..... which part are you at? the second time when you bring her to the village you have to talk to the women which treated her before
