Stuck at the Plague of Misty Village Quest
The quest says for me to go survey misty village and give medicine to the villagers, but once I'm there it doesn't seem like there's the option to do either. How do you complete this quest?

When you talk to them there should be give a gift option, find Ouma's potion/medicine and givie it to them
