I think the only option is to capture a city and there declare your own faction. Not sure 100% sure.

You may start as a Sultan of your own faction. You will own a single city.
Just pick the Sultan start option.

Well I play as spiritmaster(or whats the name), I mean in general when factionless and want make faction/get city.....I understand that faction I attack(and guess their allies) get pissed but why every single faction get like -60 aprx. favor.....is there like point getting factions/heroes to 100 favor when they just go to -x if you make faction....guess its still worth getting it to 100 cos then you have them still in +value and can do some diplomacy and stuff and dont get raided by all but idk....guess peace was never a option....

The reason every single faction gets negative relations to you is because you're an upstart and a newcomer.
Everyone else is a known factor. The other players know their motivations and who they align with. You, though? You're a random factor.
Not only that, but you're an unknown factor without known allies and a tiny territory. Taking that territory from you would be easier than from a bigger, established faction, at least on paper.
Just like in Mount & Blade, you'll have to prove you can hold onto what you took before anyone will stick their neck out and ally with you.

You could always wait for an NPC to start their own splinter faction. Taking over that faction will give far less of a negative.
Yes, the reason every faction hates you when you take a city for yourself is because you're an international criminal who is taking something they have no right to. If you want to avoid that, then...

Become a member of an existing faction.

Make sure you're the one who who started the attack on the enemy city you want when it is taken.

The ruler is almost guaranteed to give it to you.

Rebel against your faction. You'll only have that faction pissed off at you instead of the entire world.

I've only randomly got handed 2 settlements from my ruler.. all of my conquests went to other people..
Yes, after you have more than the other captains, you will not get anymore. That is usually the best time to rebel if you are planning to start your own faction.
