Main quest - Jihan?

I got stuck on main quest on persuading Rebiya, i supposed to find meet Jihan on the north of Halfmoon bazaar around forest beside lake after doing the pig,dog,ox quest. Can't find him, already reload and redoing the pig,dog,ox many times but still he won't spawn with Dahlia? Help

He's actually at a forest further north of the lake (with the cherry trees and near a cave)
