I talked to him some time ago I remember he wants 5 fangs but I forget what flower he wants and where to get it? Anyone know?

The flower is a bit random I think? iirc it was near the lower left corner of the map, and there were 2 flowers like literally right next to each other, that's when you know you found the right one. The name is green serpent flower

I think one way is that you can buy it from one of the towns in the ice map. I can't remember which one.

I think arborean appears only in night time.

The arborean will also stop appearing if you give the man in cedarwood 5 wolf fangs.
