Stuck in Torture Chamber

Me and my friend are running around like maniacs searching for the last "metal piece" for the "arrow" and we can't seem to find it anywhere. It's the top left piece that's missing, are we missing something here?

There are 6 pieces in total. Most of them can be found in the same room as the puzzle is, you find 4/6 there . The rest are in the chest in the second cell, under the rotating symbols and in the chest next to the barrels in the war room (the one with the shields) .

If you have found all of them, then it's a matter of placing them correctly.

We were playing in VR and apparently one of the pieces got lost during our time playing and we couldn't find it or reset it, but it worked out when we restarted.

Interesting, we'll make sure these items reset no matter what, so that they never get lost.

This is still bugged. I spent 2 hours wandering around looking for the missing pieces. Reset did not work. I restarted the game and same problem once I got there. I got two pieces from the chests and only 3 pieces inside the chamber making it impossible to finish the game.

I watched a walkthrough on YT and there were four pieces but not for me (playing in VR).
When I restarted the game I took a look inside before solving the puzzle that opens the bars and there seemed to be 4 pieces but once it opens one disappears. I even put my head through the walls to see if it was there but it wasn't.

PLEASE FIX THIS, it's impossible to finish that room.

Also, why can desktop players move so fast while us in VR have to move like snails when using free locomotion? I get it that some people get sick but that's what teleport is for, the rest should be able to move fast, same as desktop players.

EDIT: I tried again and this time it worked, the 4 pieces are definitely there in the beginning. Once I opened that chamber I went there and placed the 4 pieces randomly so that no pieces could disappear then went back and got the ones from the chest. By doing that this third time it worked.

These kinds of bugs are very annoying, even more in a game of this kind, because you never know whether it is your fault or the game's.

Anyway, this was a fantastic game, probably my favorite of all the games you've made so far (and I am big fan of them all); the last chamber in particular was really good (all of them were). It was long, many rooms to explore, good and most of all, logical puzzles and a great setting and atmosphere.

I'm going to leave a review now. I'm looking forward to another sequel or another Escape Room from you. Congrats!

I found my missing piece after wasting about 30 minutes.

This puzzle seems very bugged. It is very difficult to remove pieces once placed, and the item didn't move once completed

Still bugged in October of 2020. Clearly the dev didn't bother fixing it. Solution is dropping height adjust way down the missing peice is under the layer of bricks just under the puzzle. Thank you @Verycold Penguin
