Running super slow

I've got a fairly decent computer, lowered all the graphics.. Game runs like molasses.. its like slow motion the whole time - is anyone else having this problem?

Same very slow, also crashes when I try to start a new game.

sometimes is meant to walk at slug piece, I think when he's talking... But this is unacceptably slow.

Yea it's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying. Whenever he talks he slows down and it's so frustrating
