Is there two different raft games

I am getting confused when trying to find help online. I keep getting videos and other things that seem like a totally different game.

Well, aside from this game there's also game that's simply titled as "Raft."

OK question then as I was watching some videos before buying this and UMMM maybe the one I was thinking this was was the other.

So guess question is this is there an end game to this or is it just build a raft as the one I saw said it had islands and the achievements seem to indicate that there are islands but 12+ hours in and not even found 1 island let alot the 10 required for top island achievement!

And one I saw had animals and electronics and steering and such is that all the same game or this other RAFT game.

But is there an end game to this where I get rescued or something or is it just endless floating.

Feel like we're thinking of the same game...have we been bait and switched? Where the hell is the island.

edit: okay yeah, you've bought this elsewhere like me? I paid £7 for this and it's £3.99 on the store. Launching a paypal refund.

Yeah cause I know in the achievements it says there are at least 10 islands to find and treasure and a merchant you need to purchase from as well as character customization and play with friends and also fires on board as the last few are to put out fires.

I'm at level 23 seems top level for unlocks at least is 25 and starting to wonder what the hecks going on being there is no sails, no motor, no rudder just floating straight ahead. I know the last 2 levels have 4 more unlocks to get but have to wonder where all these thing are. but these would be common sense things that a survivor would try and get ahold of to improve their chances of survival.

Still wondering though what the end game is if there is even one. I know there is a 50 day survival achievement so seems you float around aimlessly for at least 50 days but other then that what?

Well just hit level 25. Nothing to steer the raft. Nothing to propel the raft (Sail or motor) 16 hours (Almost) in and not one island or merchant. Not one fire no way to get the last achievements it seems All it seems to be is a build your raft game with no real threats or challange!
