Sooo...it's partially in English but almost all in Chinese despite being set to English

It's kind of hard to play this...actually nearly impossible. Out of the box, the language settings in the options (which were in Chinese) are already set to English but 99% of the game appears to be in Chinese, which brings the game to a grinding halt from the start for English speaking/reading players since the only options are Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English, which still appears to be Chinese.

This is also odd because the store page is in English along with the the videos and screenshots on the store page. Am I missing something here?
