game stuck

Am i missing someting? when i try to run the game, it shows a chinese (I guess) title with a turning star, and its stuck there, no menu items no nothing, whats going on?

i couldn't see anything, no buttons, no menu, nothing. However, uninstalling and installing the game solved the issue. fantastic game btw =) really loving it.
