Camera Broken

Hi,
i responded to another Camera Thread, but never got an answer to this.
Since i wont replay for other endings till this bug is fixed, lets explain it, and perhaps you can help me without a waiting for a Patch:

Ever when i pickup a Tape and it plays, it just freeze, the timerslider plays, but the video itself is freezed, after the video the Characters voice tells his usual stuff.
The only way to fix it, is to press "rewind" after 1 sec into the Video.
Whenever i rewind to video time 00:00 it freeze again. So like any video Start and End, cause this Freeze.
The problem is why i cant play with it anymore, later Videos autoplay but i dont have controls to rewind. So i have to rewatch it later when i be able to rewind.
And like later in the House, i just died because i didnt go into the corner, which the video told me,but i couldnt see it. That just kills the fun.

What i already tried to fix it:
Fullscreen on or off
Scaling, half, full or uber
FPS 30, 60 or unlocked
Different FOVs.

Dont want to bruteforce every single Graphic setting.

Thanks for your attention, and hope for a Fix for my Problem.

My hardware is more then enough good for this Game btw.

Iv'e stared getting problems after playing videos I just got past the car bit when you have to turn the lights on and everything was fine until then but the tape you get just after has started to glitch my camera out its like my screen goes fuzzy but I can see a little box at the left side of the screen which looks fine?.
I'm playing on windows gamepass maybie it hasn't had the new patch or something.

Same problem here Hunk. Playing on Game Pass, camera playback freezes after watching and can't leave the "cam" mode to continue. Have you been able to work around this bug anyhow?

yes, same here. Must stop it on flashing police lights. Other way you must load saved game again.
I've unistalled this ♥♥♥♥ after 3,5h of playing.

I did but I cant remember how I did it try changing the screen resolution scaling to full.

Did anyone manage to solve it? I'm experimenting the same issue here.

I am facing the same issue. cant rewind the camera even the slider wont move just the video runs and it pauses on 11 second it resumes after i press ESC then it resumes but the buttons wont work..This Game is master of BUGS ...Tried Epic version Steam version even Cracked version

SOLVED IT BROS:
Look first make sure You running this game on Full screen.Then Pause the video as soon as you see police light flashing in background.then press back button (Right Click maybe) then You are good to go.This game is messed up

I solved the problem by installing windows classic media player and a bunch of video codecs.

I can't remember exactly the package I downloaded, it was 6 months ago. The logo was similar to this one [en.wikipedia.org], maybe that was the program I downloaded. If that doesn't work, try downloading some video codecs for mov, mpeg (old version, not mp4), flv and other uncommon formats. But I'm pretty sure that the camera problem is caused by missing video codecs in your computer.
