Was Bullet's Halloween skin temporary?!

I just noticed the chalk has disappeared from my inventory (and thus the ability to change Bullet's skin). Was that a temporary deal? Because it certainly wasn't made to look so.

I think it was, I played only a few days after and never received it.

Hi. I emailed support about this and this is what they replied:

''The Halloween special skin for Bullet is a part of a time limited event.
It activates a week before and lasts until a week after every year's
Halloween.''

I guess if players like the skin, like I do, that we could kindly email support requesting they make it permanent. I think they'd look into it.

Yeah I bought this game on release day, feel kinda let down by it.
