Camcorder mode is broken for me

Hey, so I'm about 3 hours into the game and for some reason the camcorder mode is suddenly borked. Now, whenever I use the camcorder and play a tape, it only displays a portion of the video (upper left corner). The background environment also goes wonky as well. So now I can't decipher the clues in the tapes because I can't see all of the screen. Soon as I put away the camcorder, everything goes back to normal.

I've rebooted,. reinstalled etc. Nothing works.

Changing Resolution Scaling from Uber to Full might help.

I do have scaling set to Uber.

Hi i have the same problem before the last update was rolling out it was working fine!!!!

A bug with the camcorder happen to me last night. I was unable to switch between tapes. I close the camcorder and reopen it and it was okay.

My Camcorder Problem is like this:
If i play a tape, nothing happens, till i tap rewind, then the Video plays ok. But if rewind till start video freeze again, like the 1st second of any video cause the Freeze.
Not worst problem but kinda annoying.

Edit: now later in the game, i cant even control the tapes anymore (story wise i guess), so i lost a whole video for now..and theres still more i guess..
