Opening Camera ingame - screen goes tiny HELP

Everytime I open up my camcorder ingame the screen goes to a tiny left box on the left up side and the rest of the screen is just a glitched image. Installed and reinstalled and same thing so I know its my steam, the game, or both. Happened on my desktop, reinstalled on laptop and it still was there.

For me, I set the resolution scalability to full instead of uber. That fixed it.

I wanna say ty, I spent the entire game so far, up to the burial video, (tbh, i was just being too lazy to search for an answer, lol) using that tiny little square in top of camera screen as reference, got to point i needed full video. And going from uber to full worked wonders. Thank you again.
