I was wondering if you would tell us a bit more about why you felt like skipping the level, so we as developers can get a better understanding of how the game is perceived. Was it perhaps due to fear / tension / difficulty / frustration or maybe some other reason entirely?
I'd also like to point out there is actually a way to complete the level in a "pacifist" manner (without killing ADAM). It may be a bit tricky to figure it out though ;)
I do know about the way to get past the level without killing ADAM with the grinder. You guys did well with making it hard to find the workaround and it still rendered the cost optimizer Impossible I got one of my family members to beat ADAM for me.
I enjoyed the two games and found the tension exciting. My problem with ADAM was that he scares me. I would also like to point out a glitch that my family member and I found in the ADAM level. once you grind of ADAM's legs they went back to the one safe platform ADAM rushed around and got stuck in the fence since we had already grind the head we had to restart the level
Thanks for responding I just finished the final level an hour ago.
Edit: The way a found the work around was understanding how unity complies levels.
Hello can you please explain how you where able to get around killing Adam?
Thank you!
SPOILER WARNING! Only read this if you are sure you don't want to try to figure it out yourself, I'll divide it up in hints, so you can choose how much help you want to get:
Hint 1: The elevator that you exit the level from is activated by an eye scanner.
Hint 2: It isn't required that it's ADAM's head you scan in the scanner
Hint 3: There are other heads in the level that you can find
Solution: Grab a head that is falling into the grinder by the bridge and use it to exit the Fabrications level
Thank you for your time and making a great game!!
