Report a translation problem
1) [MORE DIFFICULT] In the Warehouse, sneak your way up to the top of the main Guard Tower. Up there you will find a Level 4 keycard and a pneumatic tube back to the Repair Ward entrance.
2) [MUCH EASIER] This method requires you to still have a screwdriver from early on in the game (kind of a reward for doing so). On one wall in the Control Center, unscrew the Repair Ward panel on the wall, it will be 1 of 3 possible panels. Change the door code to 10c (unlocked and open).
