Do your characters get more EXP if you have less characters?
Let's say I have 3 people in party and they each get 100 exp from a fight. If I had only 2, do they get 150 instead?

Nope. Party size doesn't matter. Also your level doesn't matter.

Your active characters get full XP (based on the quest solved or enemy defeated) and your reserve characters get a bit less, maybe 80% or such. So technically the more characters you have in your party, the more total XP you get.
