Sadly, Roscoe is out of business. You can find him upstairs in the Adventurer's guild. If you've already had a chat with him, and he wants you to swing by his old place, you would have passed it on the way to the AG after entering the lower city with Rabbie.

If you're really stuck: it's just north of the main square of Skara Brae Below, using the road heading north at the west end of the square. (It also appears on your map).

I'm lost after you use roscoe's magic lamp and he disappears from the adventer's guild where do I find him?

He shows up again at his shop where you hung the lamp. He will now have a new, upgraded inventory and more gold as well.

You remember the big square area that had the paladins stomping around you had to stealth past on your way to the Adventurer's Guild with Rabbie at the very beginning? The square that should by this stage in your game have a big ogre stomping around it? You remember that save point Rabbie told you to hit up just before entering that area (the 2nd one)? In that little turn between the save point and the open square is where he'll be.

Word of warning, his stuff may be top quality, but it won't come cheap.

isn't it strange?
some ppl never say "please" if they want help.
and of course they never say "thanks" after someone else put time and effort into them by answering.

those are always the same. 2 of them in this thread.

Manners are unfortunately a lost art.

These days one should already be content if they don't go into a whinefest and bitchmode after you helped them but they're unsatisfied. 😉
