It's "Tortuga's Swim".

Tortuga means turtle, and the shrine speaks of a turtle; that's already a pretty clear clue? ;-)

Not sure if it matters in the DC or not, but in the original, it *had* to be a Bard character that did the drinking, or you'd die of alcohol poisoning (as in game over, not just a single character dying).
