Why don't they make a discount?

They made a big discount, but it hasn't been there for almost 2 years. I would like to buy this particular version. They're on sale now, why are they ignoring the discount on this version?

I think it's kind of been abandoned/forgotten about. I had the same issue, trying to buy it but no super sale for ages.
I ended up buying a cheap key from a key site. Good luck.

Probably the fact they want to push the newer game + this one is handled by a different publisher. I just wish they'd update the game one last time to provide options for battle pass rewards (which are included in GBVSR) and announcer packs (which are available in Rising too).

I looked at the keys and there's a price like in steam(( it's a shame to see that the discount was 90%. I would have bought the character edition for 70% since it's more of a single game. eh((

It's depressing but the best way to get this game now is probably just some dodgy key selling site. Can definitely find the legendary edition for 10-20 usd.

if you buy on such a site, be aware that the card may be stolen and valv will give you the 1st warning I'm taking away the game the 2nd warning ban acanthus with all games. Ask those who have bought games in other cheap regions before.

To my knowledge, if you purchase key this way and it wasn't acquired by the seller legally, the publisher has the right to revoke it from your account.
This happening multiple times will then lead to suspension.
However seeing as Cygames don't even care about their player base and have utterly abandoned this game I doubt they'd even bother to look, nevermind act on it.

I'm not going to egg anyone on further to buy from these sites because they're very morally grey at the best of times, but it is a VERY unfortunate situation to be in where the game is left to rot at an unreasonable price and buying from key sites actually looks like a better alternative.
