Do keep in mind that Steam tags can be added by users, and are ranked so if enough people add a certain tag to the game, it can appear in the list.
Devs can (and have to) manually put their 20 tags initially, but player votes do alter them over time slightly, unless said devs update them again. So if a game's page isn't touched by its devs for a long enough time, its tags can move around.
Most likely is some players screwing around with these. As you may already know some fgc people are quite obsessed with certain... topics.
As for the game, it has Fastiva (Ladiva, transvestite male draph wrestler) and Cagliostro (2000+ years old scientist who invented alchemy in gbf, achieved immortality, discarded his mortal body and now transmutes bodies of flesh from thin air he injects his soul into. Since he was quite uh... passionate about his sister in the past, he made it a life goal of his to become the embodiment of cuteness, in the literal sense) but neither the characters nor the games' writing are being obnoxious about it.
Poison didn't bother me in Street Fighter either...
I'm just curious about the upgraded version and any upgrade discount it may have...
