confirmed characters in Rising and Relink?

hoping we'd see Lucilius make an appearance in Rising. but i might be hoping too high. so anybody knows what characters are confirmed to be in the upcoming games? or at least highly rumored to be?

Anila and Siegfried have been confirmed already and there are trailers out on the official channels, and the next one will be announced in a month.
We can expect more antagonists so Luci actually has some chances, although Sandalphon is pretty much guaranteed to come before that, being the most popular dude in the roster and all...
As for others, with my predictions being right on the money a little bit too often I'd bet on reps from character series that haven't been represented yet, like the 6 dragons (Fediel/Galleon/Wilnas/Ewiyar, definitely one of these) are super likely, OG antagonists like Sturm&Drang/Orchid/Black Knight, Primal Pals or disciples, Mafia, Mysteria Academy and maybe some popular solo characters like Jeanne?
They might also sync with the Re:Link characters, so maybe Yodarha and Vane?

Speaking of Re:Link, there's the main cast + mustache gnome, Narmaya, all 4 dragon knights, Zeta & Vase so far.

Disappoints me that Relink will not feature any main story characters after Io. No Lecia, no Cain, no Reinhardtzer, no Leona, etc.

Would also be nice if Gran's classes from the gacha carried over and you could play as Manadiver Gran.

They like to forget about story characters from the Nalhegrande arc and later a little bit too much even in the main game.
Like, Pholia still doesn't have an alt and her Grand is 5 years old now.
Lecia/Monika aren't so big in the main story but they are actually really likely to make an appearance, especially with how popular Moni is.
But who am I kidding, they will be adding the entirety of the Society cast before any enforcer gets even mentioned
