RPG mode, how to unlock vira?

im now at the last bossfight belzeebub, and so far i was not able to find vira anywhere to unlock her for the rpg mode. Is there something specific that i must do to unlock her?

Playing the legendary edition, i can use her just fine everywhere but not in the rpg mode.

I do own her. Do i need to reach a specific mission? Im at mission 48 now

I continued playing, and quest with Vira unlocks after story mission 50!
