Hey everyone,

I hope you're ready to fight as your favorite characters in Granblue Fantasy: Versus!

I wanted to make a central bug thread so you guys know what we're working on and what information we need when you email us about any bugs you encounter. I'll be trying to scour the threads for new issues, but if something's not up here already please post it in this thread so it'll be easy for me to find.

Useful debug information:

• DxDiag output
  
• Steps to reproduce the issue
  
• Screenshot of in-game settings
  
• Crash dump files
  Often located here %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps
  It would be from GBVS.exe

Here are some tips to make sure you're getting the best performance out of your PC!

• Make sure your graphics card is being fully utilized:
  
  • Stay updated with relevant drivers from your card manufacturer's website
    
  • Make sure you are using your main graphics card. Different graphics card manufacturers will have guides on how to always use your dedicated card.
• Add Granblue Fantasy: Versus to the exceptions of any antivirus program:
  
  • GBVS.exe is the executable file you need to add.
• Turn off any power saving mode your computer might be using:
  
  • Go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options
    
  • Balanced or High Performance profiles should be chosen. Any Power Saving mode will lower game performance.
• Make sure your PC has the latest Windows Update installed.

I'm getting a fatal error, I can't seem to have the game running for longer than 5 seconds :(

There is currently a bug that makes the Super Skybound Arts (Zeta's at least) extremely loud compared to the the rest of the game. It's at max volume regardless of your sound settings and it's killing my ears.

I'm getting pretty bad screen tearing and there is no v-sync option as a fix

Please email [e-mail] with details! DxDiag, a screenshot of the error, and any crash files you find here: %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps

I would recommend switching to Borderless Fullscreen for now, but I will pass this along to the developers! It would be very helpful if you have time to send an unlisted YouTube video to [e-mail] to show them what's going on.

I have a request. Could you add Chinese to the game, even traditional Chinese? Many players in Asia very like this game, including Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. I hope you could seriously consider this request. Thank you very much.

I noticed V-Sync was off by default in full-screen mode too causing screen tearing. I forced it on with Nvidia Control Panel though a toggle option in the graphics settings would be friendlier.

I also didn't notice where to exit the game, usually there is a way to exit at the title menu. (edit: pressing cancel on title screen does it)

Traditional and Simplified Chinese and Korean are being added at a later date.

Borderless Fullscreen doesn't extend to fullscreen on my monitor, which is 3840 x 2160. It still stays as a small window.

Some users had this issue with our other Unreal launch. It was fixed by updating their AMD graphics drivers! Please email us if this doesn't fix it: [e-mail]

is the game running like ♥♥♥♥ for anyone else as well? 1660ti ryzen 5 3600 8gb ram and I cant even get to 60fps on fullscreen 1080p mid settings.
