This game is in dire need for some Guard breaks
Grabbing is just slow, cant be comboed and sucks. Give me some guard break mechanic so that i dont have to mixup all day just to get one hit in 30 seconds.

You gotta frame trap and really work the throw/attack mixup in this game. The universal overhead gets you a combo on counter hit, which you get if you hit an attempt at throwing with it. As UOHs all dodge throws this is your big reward mixup. Often I like to dash close to look like I'm going to throw and then UOH for the counter hit. Look up the buttons of whatever charcter you play and see what gives you + on block, this is what you use for pressure.

Incorrect.

what character are you even playing if ur literally suffering to mix someone up?
The point is not what character im playing the point is that mixups are literally all reactable. So if somebody dosent want to get hit they wont. They can block all day long, and counter grab/ interrupt if necesary.

What exactly dont you get about that? To counter Turteling some kind of universal guardbreak would be nice. Not just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slow grab. Or as somebody else stated some kind of guard gauge.

It seems like you have no idea how to open someone up if that's how you feel. That's your problem, not the games'.
It seems like you dont understand the problem. Thats okay. Just stay of the thread then.

It seems like you don't understand the game.
Yes mister, i totally dont have my fair share of fighting game experience and i totally dont understand the game. Please stop. Just be on your way. Thanks.

Pros don't have the slightest issue opening up others, and you'd expect if it was as simple as your say, other pros would be the best at actually reacting to those grabs. Pro matches aren't turtlefests, so clearly the issue is on your end.

Git gud.
Of course we have the typical git gud answer.

Yes. Because you suck, as you make up problems that only exist in your flawed perception of the game, but not in actual pro play.

Give me ONE good reason why pro matches aren't turtlefests.

I should give you a reason why pro matches are not turtlefests.

Do you even read what you write?

why should i give you reasons on why pro gamers are not turteling? Now thats a whole new level of logic.

Dude take your beef elsewhere, not needed here. Thanks!

Okay, you seem to be unable to produce intelligent thoughts on your own, so I'll provide you with some:

Pro players try to WIN. Like, at all costs, using all tools that is available within a game round. There is no "honor", "we don't do that because it would be boring", or any similar concept in pro matches. If turtling is even a remotely effective strategy, you will see at least some pro players who are good at it generally to attempt it.

If the game needed even more ways to get past blocking like you claim, pro players would have issues opening each other up, and games would be turtlefests. The fact that pro matches aren't played like that proves that you are WRONG, with big, bold, capital letters.

You have been repeatedly told your claim isn't the case, with counterarguments as to WHY it isn't the case, but apparently the tools of polite, intelligent discourse are beyond you, because you swatted them all away with "no I'm right, I know better than everyone else".

You are a simple clueless ♥♥♥♥ who is so clueless, they don't even know just how clueless they are. Dunning. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Kruger.

Hence the git gid. Unintelligent people who cannot be reasoned with using intelligent arguments can only be acted on by simple dog command level of instructions, like "sit", "git gud", etc.

git

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

gud
Alrighty.
