If you want to look for the character your self but unsure where to look, Remember this: Bios tend to be grouped together based upon timing in the branches of appearance.

Jarsh Finx (ItA 2-12) He can be found in Outer Wing after choosing the Propane Option during the Pure Blooded Thief Ending Branch.

He is very difficult to click. I recommend after you click The force move your mouse to the left and spam click. If that doesn't work, I don't know how much further I can be of help.

Captain H. J. Canterbury, CTM, page 2, 6th position. I tried looking on internet where I could find him and I'm sure I saw him during broken teleport's rapid teleportation after Henry threw it on the ground in quick second where he was in military base with other soliders but didn't seem to be able to be clicked at all. Tried multiple times, just doesn't work. Would appriciate for help what to do with him. The last bio in the game I'm missing.

This one's actually pretty easy. "Government Supported Private Investigator" + "Ghost Inmate" intro sequence, he can be clicked during the sequence where Henry's listening to the Government communications device(provided by Charles, no less) in "Cleaned 'em Out".
