I think not. He is a half robot. So he probably lives forever. (Unless he gets killed by a super powerful energy bomb or jump into water.)

At the end, you can see his eyes widen as if his soul was leaving the body implying that he did die. A bonus is that the music used during the ending is the basis for the Valiant Hero ending which does feature a major death. There is also the fact that Henry's robot suit starts to fizzle 'n' sizzle during the ending and there's the death of all the Toppats when the airship crashes.

Based on this evidence, we can safely conclude that Henry does die in the Revenged ending or is at least put in a Coma-like state. Possibly being vegetated.

The reference to the "Revenged" is a reference to the ending of Blood Diamonds, slightly altered. In Blood Diamonds, the protagonist ends up killing off a cartel of diamond-runners (Tophats), and allows the government to grant immunity to any escapees of the incident.

It all follows up even to the point where he lays himself on the rock. The major differences between the movie and the game are clear, but the way he dies alongside the rock, watching the sunset, is nearly identical to the protagonists' final phone-call to his ex-girlfriend.

The mans a genius with all the pop culture references...
