Yes, partially because of Charles; but mostly because the Toppats are honestly just a bunch of thieves. They may have some kind of code of honor("Toppat Civil Warfare" intro), but I still don't like them. Besides, the Government theme, "Mount Regal[www.newgrounds.com]" is FAR better than the Toppat chiptune themes.
uh gaverment
they stupid
aka 8 reasons i can list for why i prefer goverment and 2 reasons i choose the toppats in general i dislike all of the toppat endings as 2 of them are bad and the other 2 are just "yay im the leader...now what?"
i love what puff did to reggie in CTM and his sort of "redemption ark" aka we get to see the more positive aspects of his personality and his motivation
But I still generally prefer the endings coming off from "Government Supported Private Investigator" and/or "International Rescue Operative". "Triple Threat", from "GSPI" + "Convict Allies" is pretty much the best overall outcome for Henry: He's got Charles as his best friend, Ellie as a possible future love interest, and a job hunting criminals and other villains as a Government Operative. It's like "Special BROvert Ops"("GSPI" + "Rescue"), but better because it includes Ellie.
