However you can use the editor to save changes to an existing map (I'd make a copy of folder of map you like and rename it to something else). To do this, you need to do two things: 1) In data\scenario there is a file called "development.cfg" ; edit this and ensure that mapEditMode=1. 2) Run game and create a battle using this map. When you go into force deployment you should be able to edit the map using map editor tools. To save these changes back to the base map press "Ctrl-S".
I was afraid of not having a map editor to create from scratch. This sounds by far too complicated to create a map by the way. I think I am not going to make one for now
I have already tried to make these gradients in a separate style so you can
download THIS style file and apply it to your sector.
• download file
• go to the settings of your layer with the relief
• select “Load style ...” in the bottom menu and select the file with the style
where can i find this style to made a new map?
