Controller problem

Ok so i use a Mangan 200 wired gamepad for pc to play nba2k20 and heres the thing on the right analog stick when i try to use it in game the AXIS RSTICK Y Positive and AXIS RSTICK Y Negative those are the up and down that doesnt work the controller is new and i dont know why it doesnt work so if any help would be nice i tried searching on the internet theres nothing i tried a few things and it doesnt work
