crash while playing my career when my player got sub

while playing my career and i got substitution first time got substitution my game still normal but when i got second substitution it starting to freeze and crash. i already unninstall and install the game but still doesn't work. did anyone have a same problem? and anyone can hel me?

If you're using that setting then the problem isn't as simple as first thought. I would send in a ticket to 2K Support.

My game doesn't crash, but it goes slow motion when i get subbed off a game halfway. Happens to you as well or nah?

yeah the first time got sub was slow motion to and i have to wait like 1 minute or 2 for skip that and the second sub its slow mo again and then freeze

Hey y'all I have a question... I'ved owned 2k20 for about 4 months now... Did 2K turn off the MyTeam servers on Steam? I have not been able to be matched up with anyone 2night. I bought 2k21 on Xbox... don't particularly like it, atleast on Xbox... So I am thinking about grabbing 2k21 on Steam if I am to never expect matching up online against other players in MyTeam mode. Thanks for any responses or answers!!

Lock your refresh rate to 60, use the default settings, and play in full screen mode with v sync on. That completely solved my problem
