Myleague and Mycareer file went missing

Hi,

Myleague and Mycareer file went missing and NBA 2k20 unable to recognize them. I check on local folder, all the file is still there.

I tried leaving the game for 4 hours+ in the play now menu still doesnt work. I did turn off my firewall and antivirus as well.

Your help is appreciated.

i did no reply for them until now. Also I found out that the save file from local browser become .stmp. how to revert the file back?

Again, you'll have to go through the ticket. If the file is changing, that's information that definitely should go in there.

Try downloading Malwarebytes and running a full scan to get all the Malware off your system. I haven't lost a save since I did that. Worked with a tech at 2K for a long time on this issue.

what malwarebytes should we download?

I believe you can do it with the free one and if you can’t you can do it with a free trial of the paid subscription.
