P.S.: Your English is good mate, don't worry about it!

Then get into the game and see if it made a difference (perhaps change the setting first, restart the computer, then open the game).
Let us know how it went! It should be rather simple to fix :).
I initially understood that you cannot set it to 60Hz, but from your last reply, I might have misunderstood you.
I want to set it to 60 hz but i cant so now im going to try what you say and i send another message when i finish this . ty ^^
Can you check here, please?
I didnt have "Display" on the left of this . :/
Well, that's weird! Let's do things right, because it might be that you have some driver issues. First, install the latest and greatest drivers for your graphics card from NVIDIA:
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
According to the model you gave me, your laptop has a Geforce GTX 1060 graphics card. As of today, the latest version for your graphics card can be found here (but feel free to search for it on the link above):
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/155645/en-us
Download the drivers and launch the installation. While installing, ensure that you click a checkbox that says something like "Uninstall previous drivers" or similar, to guarantee that everything is clean, ok?
After everything is completed, restart your computer and try again the "NVIDIA Control Panel" suggestion.
Please, let us know how it went!

Perhaps this is the issue, that by default NBA 2K20 is using your smaller Intel GPU instead of the bigger NVIDIA GPU. But, in any case, update the drivers (that's a good practice anyway).
If the game is still not working properly, try the following:
- First, open the Nvidia Control Panel. One way to do that is right-clicking on an empty space on the desktop and choosing Nvidia Control Panel from the menu.
- Navigate to 3D Settings > Manage 3D Settings.
- Open the tab Program Settings and choose the game from the dropdown menu.
- Next, select the preferred graphics processor for this program from the second dropdown. Your Nvidia GPU should show as High performance Nvidia processor.
- Finally, save your changes. Your game should now run with the dedicated Nvidia GPU.
