PC & XBox, If I own NBA 2K on both PC and XBox, can they share the same account?

I have NBA 2K on my XBox One and just want to confirm, if I buy this on Steam for my PC and have my Steam and XBox account linked through 2K....will I be able to manage the same team / cards / progress when going back and forth from my PC to my XBox (and back)?
