mycareer can't save
so i played this in my career mode, i went into my first match and then, when i quit, i try to back again and my career save is missing/gone ?

some one know how to fix this ? thank you

Apparently if you have MyLeague/WNBA Season saves, you can try deleting one or more of them. I deleted 1 save and my 2nd MyCareer was able to save. I tried deleting another season save file, and I was able to save a 3rd MyCareer player.

So I think they are somehow (for whatever ridiculous reason) connected, and it seems like there's a maximum total number of MyLeague+Season+MyCareer saves allowed. Hope this helps you as well!

Not Saving
Game doesn't seem to save any new MyLeagues I start. Multiple times I setup a new league, and once I quit it the save file isn't there. Even if I manually save it, the game file isn't there. Anyone else encountering this problem or maybe has a solution?

Save game issues
Mycareer will not save past 2 saves and I am worried that in future those two will refuse to save or disappear too. Has anyone encountered this?

I have tried to contact 2K support but they are actively ignoring me and marking tickets as solved without even responded to them so I suspect they don't know what is wrong

You're saying that they've marked tickets, plural, as solved? So all of your tickets have been marked as solved or are any waiting for a response?

Marked as solved(without response and not solved). I was told it was a known issue with no fix. Then told to check forums. Them taken through a bunch of default stuff like reinstall. I asked for complaints procedure then they marked ticket as solved. Any more I have raised were marked as solved. I tired the live chat but the agents kept just closing them

Clearly they don't have any idea and just don't want to admit it

Making multiple tickets on the same issue is likely to get them closed as duplicates, similar to how moderators on forums either close or merge threads on the same topic.

Do you have any that are still open?

I never said I opened multiple tickets. They closed any ticket I brought up. Their chat agents ended chats with me. Honestly I don't really care if you don't believe me or you want to cover for whatever reason. I was asking if anyone else had the same problem. Which was something support told me to do when they lied to me it was a known issue with no fix

So unless you have a fix I am not really sure what your purpose here is

You're contradicting yourself when you say you haven't made multiple tickets but then say they close any ticket you make.

I wanted to ask for your original ticket number, but first advise against duplicating that ticket as well while trying to figure out why you think they're lying or they're ignoring you.

I mean, making multiple tickets when they're only going to be merged as duplicates can result in the feeling that you're being ignored when they're only doing their job in terms of ticket maintenance.

I cant create a new MyCareer
The issue that i am having is:
1.I click"create a new Mycareer"
2.I hit "skip to the nba"
3.I quit from the career
4.When i go back to the menu the career is not saved
i have already checked if any files are missing i have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game
can someone help me?

No because i have even got to a game and then i clicked save and quit and the career wasnt saved

MyCareer Not Saving!!!
Every time I try to start a MyCareer, I’ll exit out to the menu and it won’t save! I have to restart every time I log into MyCareer!

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I’ve been dying to play it!

I also updated all my drivers

Yes I did, they responded but only talked about the error code that I was getting and not my MyCareer not getting saved

You can update your ticket about the saving issue. The error code wasn't connected to it?

No it’s weird. The error code didn’t really have anything to do with the MyCareer save file I guess. I’m currently in contact with one of their support associates and we are working on trying to resolve this issue! It’s so weird that every time I play MyCareer it’s gone when I go back to the menu and I have to restart it again! I hope it gets resolved
