Graphic issues

Hey there,
i used to play nba2k19 the whole time without any graphic problems (its still working). A couple of days ago i bought nba2k20 but i have severe graphic issues (especially the resolution is really bad), which arent getting better by changing the graphic settings of the game. Does anybody have an idea of the origin of the problem? I have 16gb RAM, NVIDIA GeFORCE GTX 950M.
I have poor knowledge about computer stuff, so i would be glad, if someone can help me :)

Did you check your NVIDIA control panel to make sure the card runs in high performance mode when the game is on?

Thank you. Yes , i already checked my NVIDIA control panel, the card runs in high performance mode. I do not understand, why 2k19 works in way better quality than 2k20 :/

Can you be more specific about the issues? Is it in certain modes, for example?

Also, have you updated your drivers?

It already begins with the loading basketball (in the right bottom corner). It is very pixelated. Also the players during the game, but also every aspect of the game are very pixelated, the movement of the players is also not fluent. The graphics of the menu in the background really looks like a game of the early 2000s kinda looks like very basic graphic).

The card definitely runs in high-performance mode when this particular game is running? It's switched on depending on the program that's running if I remember correctly.

The card is below the recommended already, so you would have to use lower settings in-game as well.
