Play with friends online from different country?

Can we play NBA 2k20 online with other people from other country but the same platforrm?

Yes, but there is gonna be some lag for the one who joins. There is few regions. EU, NA east, NA west, Asia. If you live in the same region there will no be problems at all, othervise its gonna be some delay

How can we play if I'm from the US and he's from Saudi?

if you want play park or Rec, just go to your phone and invite him while you are in the neighborhood. If you want to play team versus, go to "play with friends" in the main menu and then you will be ablle to invite him

So we tried going to the neighborhood at the same time, but didn't see each other. We also tried to look up on the phones but didn't see our names. I guess we cant play together
