Default Offense and Defense Settings

Hello, so I’m new to offense and defense on Gameplan. I played around with it and kinda make me play bad.

Is there a way to reset those to default? If not, does anybody know what the default for those?

Lastly, what’s the default for the freelance plays? I want to put it back to what it was originally for the lakers.
