My account has been banned

It happened more than a week ago and I created a ticket in 2K support almost right away after I found it. But, there has not been any answer from 2K support yet (exc. the first msg like sorry to hear that, so talk to you soon...). I am a solely single-play user and most of my playing time spent on Myteam, MyGM, and MyLeague. Anyone out there experiencing a similar issue as I am? I'm very disappointed and frustrated as a long time 2K NBA fan. :(

I got banned for having trump adverts in my MY TEAM arena in 2k19

Accounts don't get banned for no reason. You must've done something to earn it.

nope I got banned for having "Uploaded inappropriate artwork" when It wasn't even mine and It was just a trump pence sign... All appeals were denied by a bot message...

No idea. They didn't explained when they banned mine. I wanna know why I've been banned at least. And if their answer is reasonable, and wanna know how to fix it. that's all. that's why I have left a ticket in the 2K support.

I had had no idea until I read your comment that there are such mods or things for NBA2K. After my account was banned, I did some research and found out there have been some ppl who got banned as they've used trainer programmes in online mode or trading VC. None of them is for my case. I don't play online. Never involved VC stuff.

Sorry to hear that. But I don't think I have used inappropriate artwork in game. I used (like you) some images from others works to create my court and all of them are just like commercials (brand names like LV, Rolex, Jurassic park etc).

Ye, hope you are right. I could accept if it's solely my fault. So I wanna hear the reason(s) from them asap. I think at least it's fair to ask. Also I'd like to know there are any ppl who have experienced same issue like me or have got their account back to normal after banned.

You might have to wait for them to get to your ticket, but using brand names could have been the reason if the images are under copyright?
