Any way to unlock the 30 fps during the Halftime Report?

Any way to unlock the 30 fps during the Halftime Report? I don't know why they did this.

I was wondering this as well. I remember in 2K19 that the guys would slowly keep rotating at the end of the pre-game and halftime shows and so I wonder if the 30 FPS cap was a lazy way of fixing that problem.
