No Gatorade turbo with Gym Rat badge

Hi all, I got the Gym Rat badge by wining NBA Championship. I have received +4 to all attributes, but I do not have Gatorade turbo and I can't do the workout because I have badge. Is this a bug? If it is not that this is a downgrade instead of reward.
