I found how to reset the appearance.
1. Start a NEW MyCareer mode
2. When you start, you'll be asked if you want to avoid the presentation and go directly to the NBA. Accept and select a random team.
3. In the menu, you'll find an option to edit your player appearance, and you'll be able to apply your face scan.

Sorry for my english. Hope it works for other people!
