Any advice for free throws in MyCareer?

Find a free throw you're comfortable with. I use Steve Nash, because I can time my shot. This might sound weird, but I count when I shoot. I use Nash because I know the timing. That's about as much as you can do, though. Just keep at it, you'll get them down.

The free throw shooting in this game is actually a lot more forgiving than 2k19! Try out different free throw forms and find the most comfortable one for you, attributes don't matter trust me. When my free throw shooting attribute was low, I used Klay Thompsons free throw. It was fast and easy to green.

I use free throw animation 50 and have a 70 free throw rating and never miss.

Maybe you can try Dirk Nowitzki's free throw,I think it is easy enough for me. I use it for years.

Larry Bird for me. Hitting green 60-70% of the time(my freethrow stat is 60 ish) once I got timing in which wasn't long
