Pick and Roll call specific position

Hello,

Short story:

In MyCareer, I'm the ball handler and when I want to choose a specific postion/player to set a pick for me it gives me options to call plays but not to choose a specific player...
Help anyone?



Long story:

I play the game on pc with a controller. I play as a pure sharpshooter SF in MyCareer and I like to play a lot of Pick&Roll as the ball handler. I know that to call a pick I need to hold LB/L1 on the controller, and if I want to call for a specific player to set the pick I need to press the pick button and then the according icon button. but when I got more minutes and become the main ball handler, when I do this it gives me plays to run and doesn't let me pick the player I want to set the pick, and I'm stuck with the closest PF or C to set the pick.
Is there anyway to pick the player to set the pick as the main ball handler/PG??

push LB, push RB? (the select dude button), press and hold the button for the dude you want. Once the dude starts running towards you (has the roll/fade icon) you don't have to keep holding the button anymore.
