The full price is daylight robbery. The DLCs are ridiculously priced for what they offer. Get it on sale like I did. (I think the Ultimate edition contains all DLC that have been released so far - someone correct me if I am wrong.)

The Onigashima part of the game is a game original because the game came out when One Piece was barely starting the Wano arc. There's no King, Queen, Orochi, Flying Six (except Drake) etc and the story of the Wano part resembles fanfiction.

I like Pirate Warriors 4 better than 3. The gameplay is improved, the achievements are less tedious and some things that I hated in 3 were removed. The game starts in Arabasta, so there's no rehashing East Blue again.

Having said that, I suggest you get it only if you are a One Piece fan and/or you like Musou games, preferably both.
