Thoughts on yamato and his gameplay? Along with what skills and specials you recommend

How do you feel about him? and what would you suggest for him to other players who might have a bit of s struggle with the character?

Stay in transformation as much as possible and if you want to delete things just use jumping heavy attack, launching attack and repeat. Basically sonic.

Yamato is kinda special with the jumping heavy attack because you can cancel the landing lag with normal attacks so they are pretty seemless with their attacks.

Sure, the game can make things a little confusing, because a lot of things are note directly explained, but a few seconds of Google or the like would have told you that Yamato was AFAB and identifies as male and that is universally accepted in universe.

He is the son of Kaido and is referred to as such b everyone in game, if they make that reference.

Sure He still might be a female but He sees himself in oden's shows who is a male there for it's He/Him I get it I know what you mean but we also can't argue with the creator and the choice of making Yamato's character go by He/Him pronouns.

yamato sees herself as ODEN, not as a MAN, she isnt trans she is assuming the identity of oden, if oden was a kungfu dugong she would have insisted on being referred to as a kungfu dugong

she is a tomboy, not a man in a womans body.

this isnt me hating on trans btw, just this specific situation, there are other characters explicitly stated to be trans, like kiku, but the creator specifically stated yamato is female.

if yamato MUST be considered trans, then they are trans-Oden, not trans man

Specials: I use Narikabura, White Serpent, Man-Beast Form, and Mirror Splitter.
You could trade Storm and Stress for Peerless Strength if you want to use "I am Oden!" instead. Leadership is just for the lore.

this has been confirmed by The auther them self several times.

Yamato only calls them self a man because they are obsessed with Oden and want to be like him in any way they possibly can. but biologically they are female.

to say otherwise is disagreeing with the creator of the character and story.
