black screen at start

so, when i start the game a black screen appears and its just this, all I can do is quit, my drivers are update, firewalls turned off and nothing's is working.

I tried, but the game skipped the (not responding phase), but im still stuck on a black screen with no with no sound or video, but my cursor is still there.
