How do you unlock New characters? (Gear 5 Luffy, Yamato, Hybrid form Kaido)

I have bought 2 DLCs, the bonus chapters with yamato's adventures and the characters pack, do i have to comple the yamato's adventures to unlock the new chars?

No, Bandai messed up when releasing the DLC almost a week ago, and theyve yet to fix it.

Checked the file, nothing is wrong with it. just download it. put 3 files where the note says to verify the files. so the game acknowledges the files exist.
and it works.

That's unfortunately all you can do until and if bandai fix it. Otherwise, I'd refund it while you still can because as far as I can tell Bandai are still yet to even comment on it.

I think it's not actually my file, it's literally the file that developers should put in THE DLC FILE, this is the file that you paid for its your money. I don't know what you mean by the word stranger? But Steam put the discussion among players who can help each others, but this matter is up to you, whether you want to wait for the company or trust your file that you bought and don't have it, and you can read many comments.this method helped them, thank you.

People don't know that though, for all they know someone could be putting something malicious in the file, or even a different file (I'm pretty confident if that were the case someone would have realised by now and brought it up, but it's still a valid safety concern)

I literally just explained that it's just still a valid safety concern because it is, but was still confident that it would have been brought up by now if it was malicious, so in saying this I am basically saying BECAUSE it worked for many people it PROBABLY isn't malicious. BUT, it is still an entirely valid safety concern, most people don't know when or if they've downloaded something malicious until it's too late and they've actually downloaded it. Some people don't even know HOW to realize something is malicious.

Your comments are genuinely ridiculous. EVERYONE has a right to be concerned about potentially malicious files, and NO ONE should blindly take the word of some random stranger on the internet about a file that should be downloaded, let alone the person providing it. STEAM EVEN INITIALLY CONSIDERED THE LINK POTENTIALLY MALICIOUS AND REMOVED IT FROM COMMENTS AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION. If it does not come from the official source, it is an entirely valid concern to be worried about the legitimacy of the file. Someone could literally add something to those files, so while they might be working to activate the DLC, they could potentially come with things like malware in them as well, which you likely wont know about until it's infected your system.
