Keyboard switching from QWERTZ to QWERTY on game launch

Hey, just as the title describes, as soon as the game starts loading my keyboard layout changes from my german QWERTZ to QWERTY, even though I do not have this layout as an option in windows, the game just adds it to them and I have to manually change the layout back. Whenever the game is in focus again it changes it back to the QWERTY layout.

Is this a known thing? Does anyone know how to make that not happen?

My game language is in german, yet it still changes the keyboard layout to US.
